What you get

• One bar, two drawersMenu on the left, page tools on the right. The bottom bar holds back, the address pill and the tab count — nothing else, and it tucks away as you scroll.
• Nothing leaves the phoneNo server, no account, no telemetry. The only network requests are the pages you open, the search engine you pick, files you download, and — if you choose it — the translation service.
• Tracker protectionA built-in list of known tracking domains is blocked before the page loads. It works offline and downloads no rules from anywhere. REFLIB is not an ad blocker.
• Downloads you can seeVideos and images show large thumbnails with duration badges; documents and archives are listed. Filter by type, preview, play, rename or open in the Files app.
• Full-page screenshotsREFLIB scrolls the page for you to load everything, then renders the whole document as a full-resolution image. Long pages are split into parts instead of being downscaled.
• Translate a pageApple's on-device translation by default — text never leaves the phone. Google web translation is one long-press away when Apple's isn't available for a language.
• Private tabs, optionally lockedPrivate tabs never touch history or disk. Turn on the private-tab lock and coming back to them asks for Face ID or your passcode.
• Permissions you controlEvery capability that needs a permission is off until you use it. A Permissions page shows the status of each one and jumps straight to the right place in iOS Settings.
